As you browse through the various categories, you will see a home for your product or service. As a registered user, you can buy and sell online with peace of mind. All transactions are recorded, and when an auction has closed, the details are still available to you for 30 days. You will only be able to access these details if you were a bidder or the seller. Our philosophy is to provide a very personalized, reasonably priced site for auctioneers. We will go to great lengths to work with our members in meeting their auction needs. As an example, we have recently added 4 new categories at the request of our members. We have also changed many features within the site (again at members' request) to make it easier for you, the user. Try to get support from the mega auction sites on these types of requests! Buying Items
Once you become a registered user, it is 100% Free to buy items. Please remember that if you bid on an item, it should be your intention to purchase that item, at the price you have bid. In some states and countries, it is illegal to win an auction and not complete the purchase.Selling Items
You are free to list any items for sale, although these must be placed in their respective categories, as this will allow buyers, to find what they are looking for. The cost of listing your items for sale, is 100% FREE. A 1% commission fee is charged only if your item is sold. Only if your item is sold after reaching your reserve price, will your account be debited the flat rate commission fee of 1%.
PLEASE NOTE : If you are holding a "Dutch" auction, your commission rate due is ONLY applicable to one item and NOT all items. Feedback
Every Auction Dawg user is given a feedback rating. This is given by other auction users, after an auction, and represents whether the transaction was successful. Many users will use this to judge if you are honest and trustworthy when completing a transaction. Feedback must only be left after actual transactions, and any false feedback left, will result in your use of this service being terminated. Feedback can not be erased by a user or the auction administrators.Disputes with Another User
Should you have a dispute with another auction user, please try to contact the user via email; remember not all auction users will check their email everyday. Should you still get no response, please use the message board to attempt to contact the user or notify the auction administration staff. Your last resort should be to email us directly, although we will help you to the best of our ability and capabilities.Registration

Terms of Use
If the selling price of the item sounds too good to be true, BEWARE. If in doubt, we strongly recommend that the buyer use an escrow service to provide peace of mind. Please refer to our tips for safe auctioneering.
The user agrees to all the conditions of use as follows:1) Auction Dawg will not be held responsible for any transaction arising from the use of this service. If you do not agree to this, please do not use the site.
2) The user agrees to be held responsible for any liabilities or damages claimed as a result of any sale whatsoever. The sale of an item becomes a contract exclusively between the buyer and seller
3) The user agrees to maintain a positive account balance by paying the outstanding account balance within 10 days after the end of each calendar month.
4) The user agrees that a charge of 1.5% per month be added to any outstanding balance due as a result of late payment to the account.
5) The user agrees to be held responsible for any fees incured by Auction Dawg to collect an outstanding account payment.
6) All Auction Dawg visitors IP addresses are stored for site security. Any user/visitor tracked using email syphoning software, or emailing Auction Dawg users for self promotion, with activities not in response or connected to an actual auction, will be held responsible and agree to be held accountable for their actions.
