| How do I register to use Auction Dawg? |
| Registration takes just 1 minute. A simple form requires that you fill out your name, address and email details. Then you will need to choose a username and Auction Dawg will immediately send your auction password. Once you receive your auction password, you can change it to a more memorable password at any time, by selecting [Change Registration]. To register NOW Click Here. |
| What does it cost to buy an item ? |
| Auction Dawg charges NOTHING when you buy an item. |
| What does it cost to sell an item ? |
| To list any item for auction with Auction Dawg, it is 100% free. Only if your item(s) sell, will your auction account be debited 1% of the sale price. Click Here to see comprehensive details of listing prices. |
| What if I have 100 of the same items to sell? |
| When listing multiple items, you will need to choose the "DUTCH" auction option. The advantage of our Dutch auction option is that you will only pay the 1% commission on only ONE of the items sold, NOT all items sold. |
| How can I tell people about my auction? |
| Apart from posting a link to your auction on Newsgroups, Bulletin Boards, discussion forums and FREE link sites, you can use our "email it to a friend" feature which is on each auction page. |
| How will I know if my item is sold? |
Once you have listed your item for auction, you will receive a notification as soon as bidding starts. At the end of your auction, details of the winning or highest bidder will be emailed to you, complete with their contact details.
PLEASE NOTE: for Dutch auctions, the seller can retrieve all bidders' information from the auction page. |
| How do I pay my auction account balance ? |
| You can pay your auction account balance at any time by simply clicking on [View Account]. Then, enter your username and password, and your transaction record will be displayed. |
